Biographical
David M. Brodsky, the principal of Brodsky ADR LLC, is an independent arbitrator who is regularly retained by arbitrate complex domestic and international disputes. David has been selected to chair or act as solo arbitrator in more than thirty disputes as diverse as business divorces in the private equity and hedge fund spaces, claims of accounting and legal malpractice, breaches of investment advisory contracts, buy-outs of minority shareholder interests, Reps & Warranties and other insurance coverage matters, breaches of warranties in connection with sale of RMBS securities, and installation of global software systems. He has been selected as a part of three-person arbitration panels in more than fifty other complex matters in the same or similar areas. He is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American College of E-Neutrals, and the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals.
David also has over 50 years of experience as a highly-regarded trial lawyer for plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex litigation, as well as a federal prosecutor and general counsel for an investment bank. He has published and spoken on a wide range of subjects.

Rates Information
As of July 1, 2022, I practice as an Independent Arbitrator and do not take on any mediations. My bailable rate for arbitrations, discovery disputes, fact-finding, and mock arbitrations is $900 per hour.
