Member of numerous arbitration panels worldwide including AAA, ICDR, SVAMC Tech List, CPR and others. Disputes have included claims in excess of $50 million involving shareholder and other investment disputes, family business disputes, securities, IT and business process outsourcing, software and technology licensing, real estate, telecommunications, real estate valuation, insurance coverage, shareholder disputes and construction. Rates Information
$725 per hour however will consider reduction on smaller cases.
